Presenting a plan

It's one thing to have a project in mind. It's another to be able to demonstrate that you can come up with a plan. This week I talked with the team in order to outline:
  1. What our next project will be.
  2. The target amount of time we want to spend on this project.
  3. The reasons that this project is a good idea.
  4. Rough dates for major milestones.
  5. Actual dates for the first few months of milestones.
This information will help us to demonstrate that we know what we're doing in the event that publishers are receptive.
